For the contest I have decided that I would like a theme to be concurrent throughout the entries as it would be something exciting and a little different from my previous contests. Plus as I am giving away a 3 month sub to the 1st place winner I would like to know it is going to a very artistic and deserving person.

So the THEME is : "What the heart desires" with thanks to ~mysticwolf642 for the suggestion. I chose this suggestion as it has will make for a very wide, vast theme rather than being bound to just one option, plus a lot of the other options I considered may be a bit to girly or dull for certain users.

I would like to see you create a superb piece of artwork based off of my photos. You can use any of the photos you find on my deviantART account or alternativley you can rummage around in my gallery at =Dagwanoenyent-Stock. If you have me added to myspace on either my photo or personal account you can use the photos you see there too.

You can use multiple pictures from my galleries and you can use other deviants stocks aslong as you comply to their rules of stock use etc.

It doesn't have to be a drawing or a painting, you can recreate one of my photos as your own photo, you can write a story or a poem inspired by a picture or whatever your heart desires, there are no limitations of what you can create.

Deadline is 28th JULY

ONE entry per user. - So make it your best!

First place will recieve a 12 month subscription donated by *Duchovny aswell as a feature in my journal.

Second place will recieve a 3 month subscription donated by me aswell as a feature in my journal.

Third place will recieve a 1 month subscription donated by *Duchovny aswell as a feature in my journal.

Who can enter:
Anyone is free and very welcomed/encouraged to enter in my contest. Sub and non-sub.

I won't be judging this on who does and doesn't have a sub, this will be judged on how well your entry is done. However, if you already have over half a year sub left then the other judges may be a bit debateable on that, but we are only judging on the art


Why are you doing this :
Because I want to give back the community what they do for me, without the community I wouldn't have a leg to stand on, without the support and help from others it can be quite hard to get yourself off the ground, especially on deviantART. I have spare deviant dollars that I doubt I will use in a long time, so I want to do something creative on our wonderful ART site and have fun at the same time.

Its high time I got a bit more active within the community and show my appreciation to all of you.

If things go well with this contest, and already they seem to be, then I will be doing this every other month.




Some other info:
I will be adding the entries to my favourites in a special collection folder aswell as my favourites.

I am hoping this will be a huge fun activity that we can all share as a group and am hoping it alerts some users who watch me to new artists too
